Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to permanently delete your account.

1 Option 1 — Delete from the App (Instant)
  1. Open the Tora Study app.
  2. Go to your profile or settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
2 Option 2 — Email Us

If you cannot access the app, send an email to

with the subject "Delete Account" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 5 business days.

What data is deleted

What we retain

After deletion, your email is added to an anonymized blocklist to prevent abuse of the sign-up credit bonus. No other personal information is retained.
